岗位描述
• Responsible for planning and ensuring smooth execution and operations for the entire flow of the e-commerce orders (includes packing)
• Liaise with key stakeholders (customers and internal stakeholders) to ensure prompt customer service and service delivery
• Work with backend portals of leading e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Qoo10, Shopee, Amazon, Shopify, Redmart and Bli Bli)
• Assist in content creation through image designs or perform product photoshoots as necessary for e-Commerce product listings
• Assist in report preparation and preparation of promotional materials for stores
• Manage and maintain the company’s social media
• Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto social media
