Campaign Management
-Coordinate, execute loyalty program campaigns across multiple delivery channels, Collect and consolidate for both brand-orientated and channel-based campaigns, executing with internal and external stakeholders.
-Through campaign management, support specific needs of content delivery/ consumer engagement/ KOL seeding/ platform operation related matters on different direct platform to drive better engagement & conversion.
- Work with platform/local team /HQ team to validate and align on execution/delivery of loyalty program campaigns.
Consumer Experience Management & Performance Marketing
-Support overall portfolio execution on ecommerce platform- Ali ecosystem (Alipay & Fliggy)
-Support online Member experience delivery standard optimization & Member experiences throughout the booking process along with multiple touchpoints in difference scenarios.
Training and Workshop Coordination
Coordinate regional trainings and workshops with loyalty manager and related stakeholders.

- Basic understanding of E commerce Channels & consumer engagement of digital touch points
- Open minded & active mindset.
- Team player & Good communication skills
- Fluent in Chinese
- Be proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
