Job Description
1. Participate in tactical strategies to recruit potential businesses to sell on YSG Marketplace (https://ysg.com.sg/).
2. Execute full spectrum of sales tactics to meet business goals.
3. Collaborate with the wider team to effectively hunt in allocated segments.
4. Perform the role of YSG’s Brand Ambassador in assisting the onboarding of new businesses.
5. Take charge in offering onboarding packages within authorised limits.
6. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to qualification.
7. Manage the relationships of clients to encourage referrals.
8. Meet and exceed monthly seller acquisition targets.
9. Perform any other duties as assigned by Senior Management.

• Highly meticulous and strong negotiation skills.
• Predisposed to thriving in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot from one task to another at quick turnaround time.
• Strong customer orientation for delivering a great customer experience
• Ability to convey business information clearly and analyse the requirements to influence customer buying decisions.
• High level of competency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent team player.

About the Company
Founded in 1955 by the late Mr Yap Chwee Hock, YCH began as a modest passenger transportation company. However, in the 1970s, the family business lost its main contract. With the need to diversify the business, Mr Yap Chwee Hock roped in his eldest son, YCH Group’s current Executive Chairman, Dr. Robert Yap in 1977.
