Job Description
1. Assist with the development of the overall marketing strategy.
2. Manage and execute full spectrum of marketing communications to meet business goals.
3. Review and develop new digital marketing campaigns and strategies to reach target audience.
4. Content creation for social media platforms, Company’s site and microsite; and EDMs.
5. Evaluate the ROI of all marketing initiatives and campaigns, and assist the team in analysing and optimising user funnels and other marketing platforms via Google Ad Manager and Facebook Ad Manager.
6. Manage and maintain Company’s digital platforms including updating the latest information and introducing new ways to improve the site’s interface and user experience.
7. Perform any other duties as assigned by Senior Management.
Internship Requirements
• Excellent understanding and insights current digital marketing trends.
• Well-versed with digital marketing concepts; tools and strategies.
• Strong English proficiency with experience in creative copywriting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly meticulous and strong attention to details.
• Predisposed to thriving in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot from one task to another at quick turnaround time.
• Excellent team player and able to multitask efficiently.

About the Company
Founded in 1955 by the late Mr Yap Chwee Hock, YCH began as a modest passenger transportation company. However, in the 1970s, the family business lost its main contract.
