Job Description
• Manage and perform all aspects of general ledger accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Review and validate transactions and documentation related to accounts receivable, accounts payable, and treasury operations.
• Conduct thorough verification of sales, purchase, and inter-company contracts.
• Reconcile inter-company accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare and present accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure proper accounting treatment and compliance with internal controls.
• Work closely with external auditors and tax agents to facilitate audit processes and tax filings.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
• Support special projects and provide ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.
Internship Requirements
1. Preferable candidate with degree or above or professional certificate in accounting;
2. Minimum 2 years related working experience with international company will be added advantage.
3. Good communication skills in Chinese and English, both spoken and written;
4. Familiar with SAP software will be added advantage
